Enter the dark side!  We are roasting these coffee’s a little darker, a kind of third wave twist on the classic darker roasted Italian espresso.  If you like a little extra kick then you’ll enjoy these.  We have brought back the MONSOON MALABAR and you’ll get some clove, tobacco and earthy tones from this Indian classic. This is such a great start to the morning. And then there’s the SANCTUARY which is rapidly becoming one of our bestsellers and a rich, medium-dark roast which brings out caramel, dark choc and we think vanilla.  And lastly, why not roast it yourself.. we now have the HOME ROASTERS PACK which gives you everything you need to roast coffee at home, and both the coffees really lend themselves well to a slightly darker and longer roast.
