We blend the coffee so that we can maintain a consistent flavour profile year round. Sanctuary, which you’ll find in many of the cafe’s and coffee shops in Brighton, has been roasted and blended to the same recipe since 2000, and is by far our biggest seller. In 2023 we launched Sanctuary Light which is a half-caffeine version of our house blend. The Organic Glasshouse, named after our cafe in St James Street is roasted a touch darker and we serve this at our beach cafe. You’ll often find it around the UK in organic stores and the better retailers as we sell this blend around the country.
